I will teach you how to use kinesiology to strengthen your intuitive guidance that will support us on our journey. I will help you select from native/local herbs and plants for ritual practice, then we will perform elemental invocations. You will choose a cozy space: a velvet sofa/chase, a zero-gravity chair, an oversized beanbag, or a yoga mat. I will take you on a sound voyage with a small orchestra of instruments with varying vibrations/frequencies, that will resonate with different parts of the body, producing a higher state of conscious awareness.

I will guide us through somatic (body-based) practices to open uspthe energetic portals in your body that will help us prepare the body and mind utilizing meridian channels and chakra attunement with the help of tuning forks, specific crystals and anointning oils. We then flow through PNF facilitated stretching, guided Biofield Breathwork before being guided into a Theta Brainwave state where the real magic happens.
